Akomplice has hooked up with Conveyor in LA for a fashion/eco collaboration that makes sense on so many levels. The fellas at Akomplice came up with an idea for this paint-related campaign after hearing the following quote from Steven Chu, the Secretary of Energy.
“Making roads and roofs a paler color could have the equivalent effect of taking every car in the world off the road for 11 years.”
To help spread awareness and explain the concept, they created the Paint Pack collaboration with Conveyor Fred Segal. The Paint Pack features a limited edition t-shirt, an Akomplice x Conveyor Fred Segal paintbrush, and a hand-numbered certificate of authenticity – all packaged inside a custom paint can. The Paint Pack is limited to 75 pieces and will be releasing at Conveyor Fred Segal on June 16th at 7pm.
