For the longest time we’ve been singing the praises of Oxnard, CA producer Madlib – he’s simply hands down one of the best to ever do it. Whether it’s his own projects, the Quasimoto adventures, Yesterday’s New Quintet, the collabo albums with MF Doom, Percee P, J. Dilla – he always comes through with the hardest ‘ish.
We’re so happy LA Weekly showed him some true props, and we’re really liking his new look with the sharp fade instead of his usual braids.
