It’s not an easy task taking over the reigns of a fashion house as vaunted as Valentino. Especially with the way Valentino exited with such glamorous pomp – not to mention the excellent movie, “The Last Emperor.” The new tag team manning the Valentino ship consists of Pier Paolo Piccioli and Maria Grazia Chiuri (shown above) and they have been co-creative directors at Valentino since 2008.
The Los Angeles Times recently run a story with them, and they discuss their transition to power, and how they outfitted two of the best-dressed actresses (Chloe Sevigny and Jennifer Anniston) at this year’s Golden Globes.
